NYC 32 Hour Site Safety Training Site Supervisor
Description
This 32 hour SST Site Supervisor training course has been designed for construction site supervisors in New York City and combines a number of safety classes. In order to apply for the SST Card candidates will also require the OSHA 30 Training course. On successful completion of the 62 hours of training required by the DOB, students will qualify for their Supervisor Site Safety Training Card.
Attendees will be required to complete exams for each chapter and be an active participant in all learning events.
Course Agenda
This 32 Hour SST course will cover the following safety classes:
- 8 Hour Fall Protection
- 8 Hour Chapter 33
- 4 Hour Supported Scaffold
- 2 Hour Drug & Alcohol Awareness
- 2 Hour Site Safety Plan
- 2 Hour Tool Box Talks
- 2 Hour Pre-Task Meetings
- 2 Hours General Electives
- 2 Hours Specialized Electives
Assessment
Attendees will be required to attend full learning hours and achieve a pass rate of at least 70% on each written assessment. Upon successful completion candidates will be issued with a certificate of completion and wallet card. Please note certification will take between 5 – 10 business days to be issued.
