NYC SST 32 Hour Site Supervisor E-learning Course (DOB Approved)
Description
This 32-hour SST Site Supervisor training Online course bundle has been designed for construction site supervisors in New York City and combines several required safety classes. The online curriculum consists of 11 courses selected to meet the NYC DOB requirements and provides the required 32 hours of training towards the Site Safety Supervisor certification.
To apply for the SST Card candidates also must complete the OSHA 30 Training course. On successful completion of the 62 hours of training required by the NYC DOB, students will qualify for their Supervisor Site Safety Training Card. This course includes the cost of the Supervisor SST Card, provided that your OSHA 30 training is current and has been verified by the safety training provider.
Anyone wishing to complete this course must have high speed internet access and a web camera. Students will be monitored throughout the course by facial recognition, in compliance with RCNY 105-03.

Objectives
On successful completion of the 32-hour SST Site Safety Supervisor course students will be able to:

- How to identify safety procedures to protect public and property during demolition and construction operations
- Identify fall hazards and proper safety equipment
- Outline New York City Building Code supported scaffold safety requirements

- 8 Hour Site Safety Manager Refresher/Chapter 33
- 4 Hour Supported Scaffold User & Refresher
- 2 Hour Drug & Alcohol Awareness

- 2 Hour Tool Box Talks
- 2 Hour Pre-Task Meeting
- 2 Hours General Electives
- 2 Hours Specialized Electives
Assessment
Delegates will be required to attend full online learning hours and complete exams for each chapter. A pass rate of at least 70% is required on each written assessment. Registrants will have up to 3 attempts to complete and pass the final course assessment. Upon successful completion of this course and course exams, students will receive a certificate of completion of 32 hours toward the Site Safety Requirement.

Prerequisites
Anyone wishing to complete this course must have high speed internet access and a web camera.
Prior to starting the course, during the enrollment process, registrants will need to take a photo to verify their identity and upload a government issued photo ID. Facial biometric verification is used throughout the course so please make sure that your photo is clear with a simple background. No hats or headphones should be worn, and students will need to avoid sitting in front of a light source as it will interfere with the facial biometrics verification. This photo will be used for your SST Card.
